Growing The Board

The VLP is gaining tremendous momentum through the commitment of support from multiple members of the legal community, veteran service offices and educational institutions.  The VLP is still accepting applications to join the exploratory committee/board for the project.  We will be announcing the members within the next week.  If you would like to join this effort and collaborate with others throughout the country to resolve the paramount issues facing the VA and the military families it serves, send us your resume and contact info.

I am USMC RET on 100%SC Disability and really appreciate any and all work done by Mr. Kabatchnick--I see now VA or Committee is studying "Quality of Life" Issues re pensions- Money can't do it re that- maybe help make circumsatnces betterthough! You know- my comp would really be at almost poverty level considering unemployable or don't last long (anger and irritability from ,possibly, loss of frontal brain lobe and damges to my head??If I had my family of four--well thank GI Bills that considered wife and children widow and orphans under-for GI bill educationas I couldn't have afforded that and a halway decent school life for her and the kids!! She couldn't take nor live with my anger! So split! and I have no friends nor relationships- don't mingle nor stick with anyone! ( Frankly I'm not sure that's not from early childhood dustbowl, Okie, migrant laborer moma, daddy sick and dying with TB and gas damage fromWW! as to not be attached to anyone or anything- but I did get along fine inthe Marines, dated lots whenonthe beach, etc.. and there's still really no knowledge of what the loss of these frontal lobes mean-cause!! And I was sort of surprized, but it makes sense, to have Opponents for VA Benefits well traned in opposition to benefits inthe VA- maybe that's why so slow!!! If we'd been in VA type speed and study review at 38th parallel or South Korea- Gooks would have Hawaii and all of West Coast USA today!!! It's only money! and even if a few dollars- even a billion or two a year- given out in mistake- no worse than waste, beauracracy, overrides and gouging contractors and the military-defense industries hit the USA for!!!
